Delivery is free within Australia and New Zealand. International shipping for countries other than New Zealand will be calculated at check out.
International shipping is calculated based on location and order weight and will be shipped via Australia Post International Parcel Post.
You will be provided with a tracking number for your order. You are able to track your shipment via the Australia Post tracking service.
A signature on delivery by the recipient is required for all orders. We recommend not using the Safe Drop or Authority To Leave to ensure your order is delivered safely.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days from placement however delays are unavoidable in some cases. Email updates will be sent to track the progress of your order.
Our returns & exchanges policies only cover items purchased directly from our web site.
Items purchased from our discounted Sale section are not eligible for “Change on Mind” returns.
If you change your mind, or if the item is the wrong size or colour, you may be eligible for a “Change of Mind” return.

You must contact us no more than 14 days from the date of your purchase to arrange a return. Please DO NOT send an item back without contacting us first.
Item(s) must not be from our discounted Sale section.
The item(s) must be in original condition – unworn and unwashed, with original labels and swing tags attached.
You can opt to exchange the item(s), or receive a refund or store credit for the item(s) purchase price. Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable.
All return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you opt for an exchange, please include a self-addressed postage pre-paid satchel when you return the original item(s) to us.
We are not liable for any loss/damage whilst a returned item is in transit. For this reason, we recommend returning the item(s) via a postage method with tracking and adequate coverage for loss/damage.
Important Note: the following conditions will not be considered product faults under any circumstances:
Product damage, shrinkage or felting due to washing/handling an item in a way other than specified on the product care label.
Damage to products during regular use and storage by insects, such as moths and silverfish.

We have developed the first supply chain to be entirely within the boundaries of Australia and New Zealand. In this short distance, we have raised the sheep in the Flinders Ranges of South Australia, processed the wool in Victoria, spun the yarn in New Zealand and knitted the garments in Mount Macedon.
Wyndhurst is the first apparel company in Australia to do this in 30 years.
This achievement also makes our clothing have the lowest carbon footprint.
Not only is our carbon footprint low because of our supply chain but also because we have adopted the latest in zero waste knit technology. We work very closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure every scrap of yarn is accounted for and nothing goes to waste.
On a rare occasion, waste is produced we donate this soft merino wool to local animal rescue agency so that they can use it for bedding for the young animals.
